Walid Jumblatt, the leader of Progressive Socialist Party of Lebanon, in an interview with al- Siasa Kuwiti paper, stressed that the Iranian regime still continues its meddling in Lebanon and fomenting strife among people.

He added: Iranian regime’s support of Hezbullah and its allies, is a clear proof to this reality that this regime is the main source for these groups. These groups consider no credit for Lebanon’s legal government and seek to eliminate it through economical,political and security means.

Jumblatt reitirated that the groups affiliated to the Iranian regime, have made Lebanon the battlefield of their conflict and retaliation with the US and Israel.
