Iran, March 27, 2018 – The earthquake stricken residents of the village of Tapanie in the outskirts of Sarpolzahab, west of Iran, whose homes had been completely destroyed during the recent earthquake, staged a protest gathering 135 days after the catastrophe without any response to their emergency by the Iranian regime. Residents carried banners that read: “We have no water, nor food; only a piece of land.” Another banner read: “We are without shelter.”
