Iran’s head deathsman, Mullah Sadegh Larijani rejected giving more powers to Rouhani’s Ministry of Justice.
“Suggestions are being voiced that some of the Judiciary’s branches and organizations be detached from this branch and be given to the Ministry of Justice. This is against the constitution.” Mullah Larijani said.
