Agence France Press reported Iran has not allowed International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors access to the Parchin military site.
Hossein Dehghan, minister of defense of Rouhani’s cabinet, said on Saturday Iran will not allow IAEA inspectors visit a military site near Tehran.
AFP reported these remarks by Dehghan come two days before Iran’s deadline to respond to the military aspect of its nuclear program.
AFP went on to say IAEA chief Yukiya Amano in his June report had said it is necessary to have access to Parchin in order to make it clear that this regime’s nuclear program is actually peaceful. This report also states that according to satellite pictures new research has taken place in this base.
