Head of the Fars Province judiciary in Iran admitted that executions are carried out on a daily basis in this province.
“Each week ‘qisas’ (retribution-in-kind) and execution verdicts are carried, but they are not all in public. All punishments are not carried out in public,” Alghasi said.
“We are not pleased with media coverage of these scenes and we do believe we must be sensitive on the location where these measures are carried out,” he added.
