Iran: court hearings for rights advocate postponed

Narges Mohammadi was scheduled to be prosecuted in a “revolution” court on Tuesday, October 6. However, this session was cancelled for unknown reasons. She was arrested on May 5th by security-judiciary officials without any court orders.
In previous months various human rights organizations and a number of civil activists issued numerous statements calling for her release and emphasizing she is ill and needs to be placed under medical care.
