Despite major advances made by the Free Syrian Army against Assad’s forces and the Syrian opposition gaining more legitimacy in the international stage by the day, Iranian foreign minister Ali Akbar Salehi said Iran, Russia and China will not allow the downfall of Bashar Assad’s regime.
These meddling remarks come at a time when many analysts are forecasting the Assad regime is on the verge of overthrow.
