
A group of people plundered by the Caspian Credit Institute gathered in front of the Parliament in Tehran. They chanted slogans against the Iranian regime president and the Speaker of the Parliament, shouting “Death to Rouhani”, “Death to Ali Larijani” (the speaker of parliament).
In another event, residents of the central Iranian city of Isfahan gathered near the iconic and historical ‘Khajoo Bridge’ and began marching in support of the protesting farmers of Varzaneh, Ejieh, and Ziar in the province of Isfahan. The farmers peacefully protested on March 9, 2018, for their right to irrigation water, but the protest was faced an iron fist.
The gathering near the Khajoo Bridge condemned the suppressive measures against the farmers perpetrated by the oppressive Special Forces. They chanting slogans against the riot police saying “Shame on you, riot police, leave the Varzaneh alone.”
The furious farmers in Ejieh reacted to the repressive measures by the riot police and attacked a vehicle of the supreme leader’s representative.
In Hamedan, western Iran, the municipality workers began their strike in protest to their overdue wages.
In Rasht, northern Iran, the workers of Iran Poplin Company protested against three-month overdue wages in addition to denial of the company to pay the bonus to the workers for the Iranian new year.
In Kerman, central Iran, workers of Pabdana Coalmine began their strike.
Workers of National Steel Industrial Group in Ahwaz, southwestern Iran, gathered in front of the governorate in the eighteenth day of their strike. The workers were chanting slogans “No nation has ever seen such injustice” and “We are today mourning the plight of our situation.”
Workers of Haft Tappeh Sugarcane Agro-Industry Company continued their strike for the seven consecutive day.
