
The city of Tehran has been witnessing various clashes by different walks of life quarrelling with the Iranian regime’s security forces. On Friday, July 3rd, various neighborhoods were the scenes of such clashes, including:
On Friday at 11:30 am intended to exploit the people and arresting children gathering recyclable trash in canisters to help their families. People witnessing such atrocities prevented the path of the state municipality agents.

At 9 am on Friday morning a number of Bassij agents in Bustan in southern Tehran began bothering a few youths. Yet the youths resisted which turned into a scuffle and escalated into a major clash. This left two Bassij agents severely beaten and sent to a hospital. As a result a number of special anti-riot motorcycling agents began patrolling the area to create a climate of fear for the locals.

At 10 am on Friday, July 3rd a number of State Security Forces in Tehran intended to arrest street vendors in a parking lot. This led to rising tensions and a scuffle.
“The agents, under the pretext of Ramadan, arrested a number of street vendors who had been working in this area for a few years. However, people in the area prevented the agents from apprehending the innocent street vendors,” one eyewitness said.
