A Political prisoner who started a hunger strike since Sunday, February 21, is protesting authorities’ refusal to see to his dire physical conditions in Gohardasht Prison, located in the city of Karaj, west of Tehran.
After undergoing surgery Rasoul Hardani has suffered from other problems such inflation and severe pains due to the lack of adequate medical care. This prisoner is also deprived of medicine to this very day.
