Iran, Kashan, April 18, 2018 – A report from inside Iran reveals that the brutal warden of Kashan Prison, central Iran has been sending sick and wounded prisoners to the hospital for treatment with handcuffs and shackles.

One such political prisoner identified as Alireza Varasteh was sent to the hospital for the treatment of his internal problem. Varasteh, a 23-year-old university student at Kashan teaching college was tied to his hospital bed round the clock by handcuffs and shackles.

Varasted was discharged from Karaj Pardis University earlier for his participation in a peaceful anti-government demonstration earlier this year.
