Political prisoner Reza Shahabi surpassed his 44th day of hunger strike on Monday, July 14th. During the course of his strike he has suffered from severe decrease in blood pressure, muscle cramps and pains in the spinal accord. This member of Tehran’s bus drivers syndicate is on hunger strike protesting his transfer from Evin Prison to Gohardasht Prison.
