Iran: 30 People Have Been Killed in a Strong 7.3 Earthquake in Iran-Iraq Border Area + Photos

Iran, November 12, 2017 – The head of Iran’s Lorestan Crisis Management Dept. said so far two people have been injured in Koohdasht and there are report of damages in some rural and urban areas.
Some of the Iranian government run websites say that the quake has so far left 68 people injured that have been transferred to hospitals in Kermanshah.
The electric services in the cities of Pol-dokhtar and Koohdasht and some rural areas of Delfan city in Lorestan province have been disrupted.
The governor of Qasr-e Shirin said in an interview that two people have been killed and an unknown number of people have been injured. Due to the electric outage, it is impossible to assess the damages at this time.
