Twelve political prisoners detained in ward 350 of Evin Prison in Tehran issued a statement announcing their hunger strike starting from the afternoon of Monday, April 21st, protesting illegal behavior towards the inmates, violating their rights, not seeing into the flagrant and unprecedented violations, and the Iranian regime publishing false news in order to cover up the truth.
Hassan Assadi Zeid Abadi, Amir Islami, Akbar Amini Armaki, Embad Bahavar, Ghorban Behzadian Nezhad, Massoud Pedram, Amin Chalaki, Mohammad Sadegh Rabbani Amlashi, Alireza Rajaie, Seyed Hossein Ronaghi Malaki, Reza Shahabi and Mohsen Mirdamadi are the political prisoners that are currently on hunger strike.
