In an interview with CNN, former US President Jimmy Carter said the Iranian regime claims it is not seeking to develop nuclear weapons, yet adding he does not agree with this. On the contrary, Carter said he believes there is a high probability this regime is heading towards gaining nuclear weapons capability.
The former US president also stressed that with an oil embargo and a destructive economic strike, the outbreak of war will be inevitable. On the subject of Syria, Jimmy carter said it is very likely that Assad will go in the next few months.
