French UN Ambassador Gerard Araud said Paris seeks to show that Assad in 2014 cannot murder human beings like in 1942 and 1994, and go without being held accountable. The French envoy in the UN said it is very unfortunate that Russia and China vetoed the recent resolution on referring the Assad regime to the UN Criminal Court and it is completely incomprehensible.
