Brigadier General Abdolrahman Saket, head of the chemical branch of Assad’s 5th Division – who has defected from Assad’s regime and is currently serving in the ranks of the Free Syrian Army – in a recent interview revealed new details about the use of chemical weapons by the criminal Assad regime and the Western country’s inaction in the face of this crime against humanity.
“According to what has been registered in the OPCW offices on August 21st, the Assad regime has used chemical weapons and paralyzing nerve gas on 42 occasions…Iran is providing Assad with chlorine gas purchased from China,” he said.
