NCRI, 06 November 2010 – The clerical regime has flogged four prisoners in the Iranian city of Tabas, according to the state-run Aftab website on Friday.

Aftab reported that three of the victims were sentenced to imprisonment, financial payments, and flogging. Another person received an imprisonment and flogging sentence.
