In the city of Amol, northern Iran, the regimes’ plainclothes agents and State Security Forces attacked people’s protests, beating and arresting a number of demonstrators.
In Khoram Abad, western Iran, protests erupted against vast vote buying measures by the regime’s so-called candidates.
Widespread clashes also took place in the city of Mamseni where a number of stores and banks were set ablaze.
