Despite a wave of international condemnations, the anti-human clerical dictatorship ruling Iran executed another 11 prisoners in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison, human rights and democracy activists reported.
On the morning of Saturday, September 8th, 11 of the 12 prisoners transferred to Evin’s solitary confinement last Thursday from the Ghezel Hessar Prison were sent to the gallows by Khamenei’s henchmen.
The ruthless Evin officials and the regime’s media outlets have refused to announce the names of the executed prisoners, and to this moment it is only clear that one of the executed was an Afghan citizen. The brutal execution of Afghans has time and again resulted in vast protests throughout Iran’s eastern neighbor.
Following its embarrassing defeat in hosting the Non-Aligned Movement summit and increasing rifts and internal crises, the anti-human dictatorship ruling Iran has resorted to vicious executions as the only method to control the situation and create a climate of fear among the Iranian people.
Three days ago, the regime’s prosecutor in the southwestern city of Ahwaz said in complete atrocity, “We have no remorse in carrying out executions to establish security in the system.”
