Al-Sharqiya TV reported numerous dignitaries of Iraq’s Diyala Province have called for Oday Khadran, governor of the town of Khalis, to be apprehended and handed over to justice on charges of terrorism and commanding insurgents backed by the Iranian regime.
The Diyala personalities published a copy of his arrest warrant along with a US Army statement warning about the dangers of supporting armed gangs in Diyala, stressing Iraq’s judicial system must carry out this arrest warrant and place Khadran before justice.
