During the Iranian regime’s sham elections, state-TV under Khamenei’s supervision aired footages of ‘death to Rafsanjani’ slogans, once again showing the incurable crises amongst the mullahs’ senior ranks.
“Channel 5 airing an interview with one of the voters in these elections, showed live footage of slogans being voiced against the head of the Expediency Council,” one state-run media outlet wrote.
It is worth noting Khamenei is to introduce a new chief of the regime’s Expediency Council and in advance many of the regime’s officials have said Rafsanjani will most definitely be set aside.
