A group of Sanandaj contract workers rallied outside the city municipality office and called for answers to their delayed demands.
For the past two years we have carried out much of the construction projects for the Sanandaj municipality and despite the financial documents our demands have not been responded to, these workers say. The excuses officials are resorting to is not having any money or credit, while some of the workers – due to the relationships they have in the city council and municipality – have received their demands.
