Contract workers of the Amol Communications Company in northern Iran protested not receiving their paychecks for the past two months and their New Year bonuses. This rally was held outside the city governorate office on Wednesday, May 16th.
“Our paychecks for the past two months, New Year bonuses and other pensions have not been paid,” the protesting workers said “We have been following up on our demands many times during the past two months, yet there has been no results so far. We rallied outside the Amol governorate office to maybe have someone hear our voice.”
