Head of the Iran Open University admitted last year alone (from March 2013 to this day) 150,000 PhD students fled the country and sought higher education abroad.
Referring to widespread incompetence and shortages in the regime’s universities he said, “700,000 thousand PhD students are waiting for exams due to the fact that the universities don’t have the capacity, and we suppose of these 700,000 people only 150,000 people have fled the country.”
This regime official added if there is $1 million dollars in expenses for each of these elite students, each year the regime suffers $150 billion dollars in damages.
