Mahdi Sabah Abdul-Mohsen, one of the suspects in a terror cell that possessed explosives and tried to smuggle them from Iran to Bahrain, confessed they had undergone intense military training in northern Iran. In his admission he said they had learned how to build explosives.
“An individual came and transferred us from Tehran to northern Iran. In a small base where we were in for about six, seven weeks. Everyone spoke Farsi. There was an Iranian translator. Most of them had military clothing and they gave us green military clothing and a hat,” he said.
