Angry Tahrir Square protesters in Baghdad hold Iranian regime responsible for terrorism in Iraq

Angry demonstrators in Baghdad’s Tahrir Square on Friday condemned the Iranian regime’s meddling in their country, describing the mullahs’ regime as the main element behind terrorism in Iraq.
Protesters in downtown Baghdad condemned the Iranian regime’s interferences in Iraq, accusing this regime of carrying out terrorist attacks in their country by providing insurgents and paramilitary groups with silencer-equipped handguns, IEDs and other weapons, al-Babelyia TV reported.
The demonstrators said Maliki’s government is dealing with the Iranian regime through Iraq’s national interests by remaining silent on the mullahs’ artillery shellings against northern Iraqi border villages. The protesters also accused Maliki’s government of refraining to prevent the terrorist bombings and attacks carried out by groups affiliated to the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards and Quds Force.
“Demonstrators in Tahrir Square demanded the government and Parliament to be dissolved, calling on patriotic officials and representatives to withdraw from the government and save the Iraqi people from these bloody days,” al-Babelyia TV added.
