Reports from Mahshahr, south of Iran, indicate the workers of the Amir Kabir Petrochemical Plant are continuing their strike. On Saturday, over 400 of these petrochemical workers surpassed their 20th day on strike. The protesting workers are demanding official employment and their demands to be met. The workers had given plant officials until November 6th to respond to their demands. With no reaction from plant officials, the workers once again went on strike.
