Al-Arabiya.net citing Human rights supporters in Iran said, at least 23 people have been executed during past 3 days in Iran. These executions were carried out in Gohardasht and Ghezel-Hesar prisoners.

According to reports, a prisoner was also executed in public, in Shiraz on Wednesday April 16th. He was accused of “Moharebeh” (enmity with God) according to an announced made public by the judiciary. Five more prisoners were also hanged in Gohardasht prison on Thursday.

The increasing wave of executions under bogus and fabricated accusations is to suffocate any decent at its root, before it can be progressed in to dissent and potential unrest following the nuclear agreement with the West.
