Iranian regime’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad openly confronted Khamenei rejecting his policies to Islamize universities and separation plans, saying: It would be better if some of the students who wear chadors forcefully not wore them. Not wearing chador is better than wearing it mandatorily.
He described Khamenei’s policies as damaging to the establishment and said: The government must not act in a way that forces the people to act in duplicity. If this happens the government will be finished off.
