Bushehr, southern Iran – From Saturday to Thursday, February 11th a group of workers of a major contract ship construction company in the Sadra area of Bushsher held rallies each morning outside the governorate office demanding paychecks delayed for the past 8 months.
Not one state official provided any answers to them despite the fact that these workers rallied for a week outside the governorate office. In fact, all the protesting workers have been laid off from their jobs.
