Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, condemning the assassination of Martyr Sheikh Kamel Omran al-Attia al-Jabouri, chairman of Friendship Association of Iraqi People with the Iranian people by the religious fascism ruling Iran, offered her condolences to the Iraqi people, especially the residents of Diyala province and the family of late Mojahed Sheikh and PMOI members in Ashraf city who have lost another resolute friend. Mrs. Rajavi described Sheikh Kamel as one of the prominent symbols of Iraqis’ endurance and a leading figure among patriotic tribal Sheikhs who stood firm before the evil invasion of mullahs’ regime to Iraq. She also described his loss as a great sacrifice before God in late Ramadan by the Mojahedin in Ashraf.
