On November 21, 1886, circulation of the French daily “le Petit Journal”, published in Paris, exceeded figure of one million copies which was unprecedented in the world.
But in the year 2000 the world enjoyed 1071 daily with the circulation of over one million. The circulations of dailies have started decreasing rate or halting increasing after year 2000 mostly due to entering internet and weblog dailies that are published with not as much of censorship.
