On December 11, 1979, the club-wilders of Khomeini regime attacked brutally the PMOI’s Medical Center in Bahar Street in Tehran, where supplied services and treatment to the poor and deprived people.
The Khomeini’s mercenaries beat physicians, nurses and medics of the center and also ordinary people and patients and destroyed the building and medical facilities. This incident was less than a year after the anti-monarchial revolution and was another infamous record of Khomeini’s rule, because it indicated that to spread clerical dictatorship, Khomeini could not tolerate even PMOI’s independent medical center. The PMOI’s Medical Center in Tehran was welcomed by different sectors of the people particularly the deprived people and served gratis for the people.
