INTV, 3 Oct 2013 – Mullah Sadegh Larijani, head of Iran’s judiciary, revealed his fear of the explosive nature of Iran’s society and threatened even further repression that those seen in 2009.
“The seditionists must know there is no space for any sedition and the judiciary is stronger than the past and will deal with the seditionists stronger than it dealt with those involved in the 2009 sedition,” he said.
A short while after the sham maneuvers of granting amnesty to a number of prisoners before Rouhani’s trip to New York, Larijani said, “The atmosphere has changed, but not for seditionists.”
