France, Britain and the United States called on the UN Security Council to activate the accurate report by the Chemical Weapons Non-Proliferation Organization on the use of chlorine gas by Assad’s regime. But Russia rejected that proposal, according to diplomats. This is the third time that the Chemical Weapons Non-Proliferation Organization is issuing a report to United Nations. This report emphasizes with high degree of confidence that the chlorine gas has been used in Syrian war by Assad’s regime.
The report includes testify by numerous witnesses to the use of this gas by dropping it from helicopter. It is known that only Assad regime has such helicopters.
