Free Syrian Army High Council member Rami Dillati said Syrian rebels had recently arrested 11 Hezbollah members, with an important figure being among them and he will not reveal his name for security reasons.
These individuals were arrested in an ambush by Syrian rebels.
Defections have started again among Assad’s troops, Dillati said, adding 11 officers separated from Assad’s army and among them were two Alawi sect officers and a Christian officer. These men defected from important military units of Assad’s forces, with protection provided by Free Syrian Army rebels.
