On Sep, 25 Iran’s state run news agency ISNA reported that former secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Hassan Rohani said: “Russians are playing with us. The sample is the Bushehr nuclear plant station. Late 2003 the Russian president Vladimir Putin promised to finish the site in late 2004. When I visited him in late 2004 and I made complaint of incomplete job, Putin replied that technical problems had accrued and postponed it to late 2005 . We are close to 2008 and still there is no sign of the station opening.”
He added that in a visit with German Foreign Minister he told me the situation had deteriorated.
