CNN reported on Wednesday, August 12th saying currency experts rejected a new argument presented by US Secretary of State John Kerry claiming the status of the US dollar will be threatened if the nuclear agreement with Iran is turned down.
The US dollar, as the largest currency in the world, will be threatened if Congress disapproves the nuclear agreement with Iran, Kerry said on Tuesday in an interview with Reuters. This was a new argument put forward by the top US diplomat.
Currency experts rejected this warning by Kerry, describing as nothing but pure rhetoric, CNN added.
