In an interview with INTV, Lord Tony Clark, the member of the House of Lords and former Leader of the British Labor Party, described the significance of the British Court of Appeal and asked the EU to annul terrorist designation of the PMOI.

Lord Clark said: We won our struggle in Britain; the EU must pattern what happened in Britain and do the same. The terrible injustice imposed on the Iranian people, either in EU or in England, must end; it is the EU’s turn now to delist PMOI immediately.

Lord Clark added: The importance of this measure is that the highest court in Britain has ordered that the PMOI is not terrorist and is no a threat against democracy, neither in England nor in any other place in the world; hence such a verdict is very important; the relation of this verdict with the EU is that the EU has made its judgment based on the preliminary judgment of Britain and designated PMOI in the terrorist list; now that the verdict is annulled in Britain the wise work for EU is to do the same.
