The United States is accusing Russia of building up air defense Systems inside the East of Ukraine. The US says this is in breach of cease-fire brokered by the EU.
The US State Department saying Russia is sending in more troops and also training pro-Moscow separatists to use un-manned aerial vehicles among other skills. Russia denies it has any troops in Ukraine.
