The Associated Press reported that the United Nations Security Council, with strong words, condemned the explosion of 4 explosive trucks (VBIED) in Mosul, northern Iraq, which led to killing of hundreds of people.

The Security Council announced the objective of these explosions is flaring up the sectarian violence in this country. According to AP the UN Security Council asked for ending the sectarian violence in Iraq.
