Baghdad TV reported demonstrations continued on Sunday despite a curfew and measures preventing TV reporters from covering the rallies.
Iraqi Ahmad al-Alwani, Chairman of the Parliament Economy Commission, said tribal delegations from various provinces continue to arrive in al-Anbar Province to show their solidarity with the al-Anbar protesters.
“Tribal delegations call on Army forces to not attack the protesters and keep the roads open for them,” al-Alwani added.
