Al-Sharqia TV. On Oct. 1 reported that Iraqi Vice President and Secretary General of Iraq’s Islamic Party Tariq al-Hashemi met with Dr. Allawi and discussed political crises of Maliki’s government and latest political and security developments as well as possibility of formation of big parliamentary faction.

Member of Parliament from Iraqi Nationalist faction, Adnan Pachachi emphasized the two sides rejected the idea of dividing Iraq into ethnic and religious regions proposed by Sen. Josef Biden.

Pachachi added we also discussed the present situation and necessary political measures that should be taken in order to save Iraq from present crises.
