Political prisoner Ali Moezi, the father of two Camp Liberty residents, was threatened and forced out of his cell on Sunday, September 6th to branch 28 of the so-called Tehran court by repressive forces to be prosecuted for the second time in this court.
This political prisoner considers the courts of mullahs’ regime as illegitimate, corrupt and illegal, and has refrained from appearing in such hearings. However, the regime’s agents resorted to force and vicious behavior to have him transferred to court.
Moezi remained silent in court protesting this behavior and answered none of the questions of judge Moghise who chaired the court.
Mullah Moghise was a member of the horrific “Death Commission” during the 1988 massacre of political prisoners. “We will bring you here again,” he said to Moezi.
This political prisoner has to this day paid no attention to these threats.
