The physical condition of a political prisoner has seriously deteriorated and he was only transferred to a heart hospital in Tehran after many hours of delays despite physicians’ warnings of facing a possible heart attack.
Assadollah Hadi, who was a political prisoner back in the 1980s, has been thrown in prison again for supporting the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran. He is a survivor of the 1988 massacre of political prisoners across Iran.
