Senior Iraqi Mufti Sheikh Rafe al-Refaei condemned the shelling of people’s homes in Anbar Province and the massacre of women and children by Maliki’s forces.
“Repressive measures taken by Maliki’s Ministry of Human Rights have no impact. These measures only increase our will. If there human rights were real they must have provided human rights for Anbar residents. These cruel games have no impact on us. This sectarian man intends to engulf Iraq in an ocean of blood,” he said.
