In an interview with the French Daily Le Monde, responding a question regarding not inviting Hamas to the Middle East Peace Conference, King Abdullah of Jordan pointed out to the internal differences among Palestinian parties and said: “Is Hamas in a position to be able to decide independently? No, we know very well that Hamas is taking its orders from another place.”

The Le Monde reporter asked where these orders came from?
Jordan’s king asserted: “To my opinion, Khalid Mashaal is stationed in Damascus to receive his orders from Iran.”
