With the wave of public crackdown continuing in Iran, a senior official of the regime’s repressive State Security Force said in the Bushehr Province alone, nearly 2500 people have been arrested in just the course of two months.
“The Bushehr Province Prevention Police was able to identify and arrest over one thousand criminals in one month through various police operations, from the 22nd of September to the 22nd of October” said Mousavi, head of this southern Iranian province’s SSF units.
“From June 21st to July 21st, 1,466 criminals were identified and arrested in relation to various crimes,” he added.
This SSF commander in Bushehr Province said various objects including guns and different types of bullets were found in the possession of those arrested.
