A Danish ship carrying around 700 tons of the last remaining consignment of the Syrian chemical weapons entered an Italian port.
This consignment, consisting of mustard gas and the preliminary substances to produce sarin gas, is being handed over to an American ship to be annihilated in international waters. After this Danish ship reached a port in southern Italy, transit around the area will be banned for a radius of 1,100 meters.
